My Beautiful World – Online Picture-Taking Contest

1. Introduction

Welcome to My Beautiful World, an online promotional picture-taking campaign organized by Triumphex Events FZE. By registering for and participating in this contest through My Beautiful World, all participants agree to comply with this Entry Policy, including all contest rules, eligibility requirements, and applicable terms and conditions. This policy is intended to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional contest environment for all participants.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the contest is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and ticket purchase. By purchasing a contest entry ticket, the participant confirms and warrants that:
  • They are at least 18 years old;
  • They possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
  • All information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any stage of the contest. Failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification without refund.

3. Registration and Entry Process

To participate in the contest, entrants must:
  • Complete the online registration form;
  • Purchase the required participation ticket/registration entry;
  • Submit photographs in accordance with the official contest guidelines;
  • Provide accurate personal and contact information.
An entry will only be considered valid once:
  • Payment has been successfully processed;
  • Registration confirmation has been issued;
  • Submitted photographs meet the contest submission requirements.
Incomplete, false, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be rejected or disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

4. Photo Submission Requirements

Participants agree that:
  • All submitted photographs must be original and owned by the participant;
  • The participant holds all necessary intellectual property rights to the submitted content;
  • Submitted photographs must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or third-party rights;
  • Images containing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, explicit, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any submission deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the contest standards.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By entering the contest, participants agree to:
  • Follow all contest rules and submission guidelines;
  • Submit accurate and truthful information;
  • Ensure their uploaded content complies with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Maintain respectful and ethical conduct throughout the campaign.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in disqualification without refund.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Participants retain ownership of their submitted photographs. However, by entering the contest, participants grant Triumphex Events FZE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
  • Display submitted photographs for contest administration;
  • Use selected content for promotional, marketing, social media, website, or campaign-related purposes;
  • Publish participant names and photographs in relation to contest results or promotional activities.
No additional compensation shall be payable for such usage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Fair Participation and Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
  • Violates contest rules or policies;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Attempts to manipulate voting, rankings, or contest systems;
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct.
The Organizer’s decision regarding eligibility, submissions, rankings, and disqualification shall be final and binding.

8. Entry Fees and Refunds

All registration and participation fees are subject to the official Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the website. Participants acknowledge and agree that:
  • Registration fees become non-refundable once processing has commenced;
  • Submission of photographs and issuance of participation certificates constitute processed participation;
  • Refunds and cancellations are only permitted under the limited conditions stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Participants are encouraged to review all policies carefully before completing payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Triumphex Events FZE shall not be held responsible for:
  • Technical interruptions, website downtime, or system failures;
  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted submissions;
  • Errors caused by internet service providers or payment gateways;
  • Unauthorized access, fraud, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Participation in the contest is at the participant’s own risk.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for:
  • Contest administration;
  • Communication regarding participation;
  • Verification and payment processing;
  • Promotional activities related to the contest.
Participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

11. Modification or Cancellation of Contest

Triumphex Events FZE reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond reasonable control arise;
