By registering and paying the participation fee, the customer (“Participant” or “Cardholder”) agrees to the terms outlined below. This policy is published to clearly inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities before making a purchase decision.

REFUND POLICY

Nature of the Service

[https://my-beautifulworld.com/] offers an online campaign in which participants:

• Register and pay a non-refundable registration fee.
• Submit their photographs for participation in the contest.
• Receive a digital participation certificate once their submission is successfully received and verified.

   

The registration fee covers administrative processing, campaign management, digital handling, review, and issuance of the participation certificate.

No Refund Policy (Once Processed)

The registration fee is non-refundable once any of the following occurs:

• The registration has been successfully completed.
• Confirmation of participation has been sent.
• The participant has submitted their photographs.
• A participation certificate has been issued.
• Administrative processing of the entry has begun.

   

This is a NO REFUND policy once the registration is processed. This must be clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.

Participants are encouraged to review all contest details carefully before completing payment.

Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same registration.
• Technical error resulting in multiple charges.
• Payment processed but registration not successfully recorded due to system failure.

   

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refund.

• Transaction ID
• Date of Payment
• Description of the issue

   

If approved:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Processing times may vary depending on the card issuer and payment provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Timeframe

Participants may request cancellation of their registration within 24 hours of payment, provided that:

• The photo submission has not yet been made.
• Administrative processing has not started.
• No participation certificate has been issued.

If cancellation is approved within this timeframe, the refund will be made back to the original payment method.

Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

No Cancellation After Processing

Once any of the following occurs, cancellation will not be permitted:

• Photo submission has been received.
• Entry review process has started.
• Participation certificate has been generated or sent.

This is a NO CANCELLATION policy once contest processing has begun. This must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Reviewing contest rules before payment.
• Ensuring photo submissions meet the contest guidelines.
• Contacting support within the stated timeframe for any billing concerns.
• Failure to comply with contest rules does not qualify for refund or cancellation.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Participants agree to contact Triumphex Events FZE. directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in disqualification from the contest and restriction from future participation.

Policy Updates

Triumphex Events FZE. reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will apply to future registrations.
